We have an immediate opening for the below position with our premium clients.Job Title: Systems Architect III Windows-Based ApplicationsLocation: 95% Remote Anywhere in the US.Duration: 6+ MonthsUSC, GC & EAD Holders will workDETAILSClient is seeking an experienced Systems Architect III to assist in the design and development of internal business systems in collaboration with the CHEMS Lead. The architect will work on the County Highway Expenditure Microcomputer System (CHEMS) and CHEMSPRO (GUI version), a critical project for integrating business functions such as finance/accounting, transaction processing, and supply chain systems. This role will focus on transitioning counties to the CHEMS system and enhancing the infrastructure.The Systems Architect III will:

• Design and develop integration solutions within Client’s CHEMS and CHEMSPRO systems.
• Coordinate with the CHEMS Lead for task prioritization, operating independently on daily responsibilities.
• Ensure successful transition of counties from legacy systems to CHEMS.
• Execute IT infrastructure design, business application integration, and deployment of custom modules with packaged solutions.
• Provide system, phone, and electronic support across 60 counties in Wisconsin.
• Engage in meetings to support and advance CHEMS.
• Conduct training for county personnel and provide large/small group sessions on CHEMS system and process.
• Manage software enhancements for the existing Oracle 19c database version, including data imports/exports and SharePoint site administration.

Required Skills (5+ Years):

• Windows Application Development Roles (5+ years in architectural/lead role)
• Delphi, WinUI, Windows App SDK, Win32, WPF, Windows Forms, MAUI, React Native, Visual Studio 2022, RAD Studio, etc.
• Virtual Component Library (VCL) for object-oriented programming
• Windows 11 Enterprise and Windows Server 2016+
• Oracle RDBMS
• Oracle DBA Tools
• SQL / PL SQL

Nice To Have Skills:

• Delphi programming experience with RAD Studio 2007+
• Accounting (the system being delivered is an accounting program).
