Job Description: Labor & Employment Associate – Los Angeles, CAOur client is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate with 6+ years of experience to join their Los Angeles, San Diego, or San Francisco office. The ideal candidate will be licensed to practice law in California and have substantial experience handling a wide range of employment matters, including:

• Single-plaintiff employment litigation (e.g., workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination cases)
• Class actions and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) matters

Responsibilities include:

• Drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions, and arguing motions
• Taking and defending depositions
• Conducting administrative hearings (preferred but not required)
• Drafting workplace policies and conducting employee training sessions
• Providing day-to-day advice and counsel to employers

Qualifications:

• Strong litigation experience
• Detail-oriented with an excellent work ethic
• Outstanding legal research, writing, and communication skills

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary range: $190,000 – $210,000 annually (based on a full-time schedule)
• Annual discretionary bonus eligibility
