Job Description: We are seeking an Manager to lead a Title Insurance Team.
- Directs and manages the team in day-to-day operational activities of a direct title & escrow operation
- Oversee and manage the entire title production and real estate closing process, including compliance with established policies and procedures
- Maintain production levels and meet/exceed expectations
- Manage and motivate the staff assuring that all employees in the various locations are working towards a common goal and provide the highest quality service possible to all customers
- Oversee employee conformance and proper training of staff; Recruiting & development of staff in accordance with office needs
- Participate in developing, interpreting and implementing policies and procedures for the office
- Responsible for adherence to operating budget guidelines regarding all revenue and expenses to ensure profitability
- Prepares related reports and annual budgets; audits current procedures to monitor efficiency of the office
- Establish and maintain client relationships to ensure retention
- Establish and manage target accounts in order to meet operational goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of directly related experience in title and escrow and management
- Solid administrative and management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills mandatory
- Support the Company’s priorities and preferences
- Strong analytical and negotiating skills
- Self-motivated to work in a fast paced environment
- Participative management style; advocate teamwork
