Job Description: Our client is seeking Operators to join their team. As an Operator, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting the Production Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work history and transferrable skills such as wood working, mixing paint, and automotive painting.Job Title: Hand Sprayer Operator and Stainline OperatorLocation: East Berlin, PAPay Range: $17/hr to $19/hrWhat’s the Job?

• Assemble cabinets to both quality and production standards
• Assemble cabinet boxes by moving material from carts
• Operate a water-based stain machine
• Sort wood by color to ensure a color match is achieved
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What’s Needed?

• Basic understanding of math and measurements
• Some mechanical or machine operator experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, quality and quantity driven environment
• Availability to work 1st shift – Mon-Fri: 7am – 3:30pm and mandatory OT hours when necessary
