We are seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home services to clients in the Kenosha area. This role is essential to delivering direct, meaningful interventions and overseeing treatment plans that support our clients’ growth and development. • Conduct in-home assessments and create individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure treatment consistency and success.
• Regularly evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on client progress and family goals.
• Document session notes, progress reports, and treatment modifications accurately.
• Maintain ongoing communication with the Motivated Learners team to ensure the highest quality of care.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in-home visits.
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum or other developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and adhering to Motivated Learners’ values of compassionate, evidence-based care.
