Job Description: Senior Development & Property Accountant – Boston Real Estate Firm $110k/yearA Boston-based real estate investment and development firm is looking for a Senior Development & Property Accountant to join the team. The position includes overseeing accounting functions for a portfolio of mixed-use properties and development projects, focusing on financial reporting, budgeting, job cost tracking, and more. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of real estate accounting experience, strong ERP software skills (preferably Yardi Voyager), and exceptional organizational abilities. The role offers up to $110k base salary, a 10% bonus, a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in-office, 2 days remote), 100% covered health, dental, and vision insurance, and free parking.
