What does a Hotel Housekeeper do?

• A Hotel Housekeeper ensures that guestroom’s are vacant before entering to clean. Effectively preparing each room for cleaning.
• A Hotel Housekeeper removes all soiled linens from the room and makes the bed with clean linens.
• A Hotel Housekeeper follows all procedures and guidelines for thoroughly cleaning the bathroom.
• A Hotel Housekeeper works on a team to quickly clean and prepare rooms for the next guest.

To be successful as a Hotel Housekeeper, you’ll need:

• Prior cleaning experience.
• Prior customer service experience.
• Time management skills to complete daily room assignments.
• Great interpersonal communication skills with both fellow team members and guests.
• To be able to use a Smartphone.
