Location: Center Line, MI

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A quick and eager learner and team worker
• Must be proficient with computer programs
• Medical billing experience preferred, not required

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Verify and input insurance information
• Communicate with patients, provide follow-ups, and resolve any concerns
• Contact insurance providers regarding patient accounts
• Update demographic information
• Transmit claims
• Charge review
• File appeals with insurance companies as necessary to ensure payment on claims

LOCATION & SCHEDULE:

• 26834 Lawrence Ave. Center Line, MI
• Monday-Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

REMOTE/HYBRID TERMS:

• Must train on-site
• Hybrid, remote, and flex schedule options available after training
