The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer-aided design and drafting, with a passion for turning concepts into detailed, precise plans.Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to create detailed construction drawings and plans.
• Utilize AutoCAD and other relevant software to produce accurate and efficient drawings.
• Ensure that drawings comply with project specifications, building codes, and industry standards.
• Revise and update drawings as needed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with the project team to address design issues and modifications.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CAD Draftsman in the residential / commercial construction industry.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other CAD software.
• Strong understanding of construction principles, codes, and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in creating drawings.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Effective communication skills to convey design ideas and changes.
