Job Description: Job Title: Sourcing Program ManagerJob DescriptionThe Supply Chain Sourcing Project Lead is a key figure in the sourcing organization, providing program and project management support to ensure effective and efficient introduction and a smooth ramp-up of new products in the Supply Chain. The scope includes the orchestration of deliverables from the sourcing sector required for prototypes, pilots, and volume deliveries from the supply chain, across all relevant project teams and involved suppliers. The prime focus is on ‘complex parts’. In addition to New Product Introductions (NPIs), other types of projects supported include outsourcing and cost reduction projects. Another important aspect of the position is to help the head of sourcing and program leadership oversee and manage overall cost reduction progress per business line.Responsibilities

• Monitor and drive end-to-end project execution across line functions and across suppliers.
• Provide sourcing integrated planning (activities, milestones, resources) throughout all project phases.
• Support project team members by helping them remove all bottlenecks and constraints that block program progress.
• Drive the definition of the complex parts program across procurement, engineering, suppliers, and strategic product family teams.
• Monitor and drive the cost of goods towards business targets in business lines and across supplier account teams.
• Coordinate supply management deliverables: Complex Part List, Make/Buy Decisions, Supplier Selection, Contracting Suppliers, Quality, Logistics, Technology and Cost Target Setting & Realization.
• Interface with Supply Chain Engineering for their deliverables: Statement of Work, Manufacturing Flow, FMEA, TPD Acceptance by Supplier, Proto Evaluation, Test Coverage Documents, Parts Quality Report, Costing.
• Signal financial consequences of supply chain resources (tools, facilities, manpower) and supplier costs (CoG roadmaps, Process NRE, and Tooling).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• BS or MS Degree in technical engineering, industrial engineering, production engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and/or supply chain management or equivalent field of study required.
• 7+ years of technical engineering, sourcing, and/or project management experience required.
• Ability to effectively communicate with Engineers, Suppliers, and various other internal stakeholders.
• Change management skills.

Work EnvironmentThe role is based in a business casual corporate setting. Full-time, permanent position with an excellent salary and benefits plan, including a 15% annual bonus based upon company targets and individual performance.
