The successful candidate will have a background in designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that meet business needs and technical requirements.Responsibilities may include the following:Software design and development of Object-Oriented Software application development in Java and J2EE technologies.
Developing web applications using spring boot and MICROSERVICES.
Working in Agile methodology of application development, we follow all scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospective and daily scrum call.
Supporting all phases of SDLC including analysis, design, coding and testing, expertise in integration using J2EE architecture.
Support use cases development, Design, Object/Service modeling using UML modelling.
Support requirements and systems analysis through deployment using Agile methodologies.
Working with REST, SOAP, spring, Hibernate and Web Services.
Designing and developing enterprise and web applications from design blueprint using java and J2EE technologies like Core Java, JSP, Java Script, JDBC, Web Services, Spring, Hibernate, REST, XML, SQL, HQL, XSL, HTML, CSS and LOG4j.
Back-end Java developer for Data Management Platform (DMP).
Building Restful APIs in front of different types of NoSQL storage engines allowing other groups to quickly access fast data.
Testing RESTful Web Services.
Full Software Development Life cycle (SDLC) experience in Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Testing, and Maintenance.Required Qualifications:Required minimum skills and knowledge:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and 3 years of related work experience with sustained excellent performance
- Strong communication capabilities, both verbal and written, for communication with clients, user communities, other organizations
- Strong analytical skills
- Demonstrated cross-functional team collaboration and program management skills
- Demonstrated technical writing and presentation skills
Desired Qualifications:Desired skills and knowledge:
- Technical background working either as a systems engineer or a software developer/engineer
- Proficient with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), Web Services, HTTP, REST, SOAP
- Experience with Third Party Message Queuing Products (ActiveMQ, WebLogic, Solace, Kafka, Etc.)
- Knowledge and experience with system-to-system messaging protocols such as HTTP, Java Messaging Service (JMS), Solace, or AMQP.
- XML Configuration and layout working knowledge
- Experience working with APIs
- Knowledge of information exchange standards in the aviation domain such as AIXM, FIXM, WXXM, MMIXM
- Experience deploying in a cloud environment such as AWS
- Experience and strong understanding of the FAA SWIM system and related systems
- Experience providing engineering support to FAA Mission Support and or NAS programs

The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it’s just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package. Posted Salary Range: USD $74,500.00 – USD $116,425.00 /Yr.
