Los Angeles go to Sandwich Shop Uncle Paulie’s is expanding & looking for new prep/line cooks to join our team. We offer positions with plenty of growth potential. We appreciate your interest in working with us and taking the time to review the list of responsibilities & perks outlined below.Summary:We are seeking experienced line/prep cooks who are dedicated to preparing high quality food in a fast pace/high volume environment with a positive attitude looking to join a strong team. This location is located inside of a Cloud Kitchen & works to prep for our other locations as well as wholesale. Previous experience in a cloud/ghost kitchen is a plus but not a requirement.Benefits/Perks:

Responsibilities:
- Setting up & sanitizing work stations
- Setting up & stocking kitchen stations
- Complete basic food prepping tasks with the ability to follow prep lists
- Prepare menu items up to company food standards with attention to detail
- Maintain appropriate levels of inventory and restock when necessary
- Comply with all food safety regulations
- Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures
- Ability to work on both the hot & cold line
- Demonstrate a positive attitude & be able to work as a team
- Attention to detail
Qualifications:
- Previous line/prep cook experience
- ServeSafe or Food Handlers Certification required
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent time management skills & commitment to arriving on time daily
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds
*English/Spanish bilingual is a plus*Compensation based on experience *Hourly + generous tips ($4-$5 per hour)
