- Lead a comprehensive shelter health program, including high-volume spay/neuter surgeries and complex medical procedures.
- Manage preventive care, perform emergency surgeries, and make critical real-time decisions that save lives.
Innovate Shelter Medicine Protocols
- Develop and implement medical guidelines to support thousands of animals annually.
- Train staff and collaborate with local universities to advance shelter medicine practices.
Champion Animal Welfare and Justice
- Provide expert medical assessments in animal cruelty cases and offer testimony that brings justice to animal victims.
- Use your forensic skills to ensure the protection of vulnerable animals.
Inspire and Lead a Team
- Mentor and guide veterinary technicians and shelter staff.
- Foster a culture of compassionate care while upholding the highest medical standards.
Expand Community Access to Care
- Participate in public health initiatives and manage community clinic programs.
- Develop partnerships that improve access to veterinary care throughout the community.
