The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers at our retail location, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge.*Responsibilities* –

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
• Upsell products to increase sales revenue
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Stock shelves and ensure products are well-displayed
• Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Supervise junior staff members when necessary

*Experience* –

• Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a grocery store setting
• Proficiency in basic math for cash handling and transactions
• Ability to upsell products effectively
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Familiarity with retail math concepts
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues efficiently
